Rabalais Seafood Market
Not a bad bite of food to be had at this fine Cajun establishment in Simmsport, La. All the external marketing needed found right there in the paintjob and signage. Note the screened in “outdoor” kitchen…pretty hot for the chef for a good part of the year. There is some missing metal roof, this was right after hurricane Isaac. I especially like the cool crawfish wearing the sunglasses and white rubber boots. Oh yeah, don’t forget the obligatory alligator in the flower bed.
