Homemade Gnocchi

Ok, they aren’t the prettiest, but this is my 1st attempt at gnocchi.  The dough ended up a little too wet (sticky) I think, but I did manage to get them rolled out, cut up and cooked.  Tossed in Italian sausage and tomato sauce they tasted fine.

  1. I’m impressed! They look good and your additions sure sound delicious! I had them in Italy, but have never been brave enough to make them! Good for you! 😉
